About Us

Hello, I’m Cynthia Crosswhite - Founder of Forge & Framework Quality.

For over ten years, I’ve helped engineering and manufacturing teams bring bold ideas to life — safely, efficiently, and with purpose. As a Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ-CQA) with degrees in Chemistry from Wellesley College and MIT and an MBA from Quantic Business School, I’ve spent my career at the intersection of science, systems, and strategy.

    My career began in research labs and defense manufacturing floors where innovation moved fast — sometimes faster than the systems meant to support it. I saw talented teams slowed down by bloated procedures and box-checking programs that created friction instead of focus.

    That experience led me to found Forge & Framework Quality — a consultancy built on one simple belief:
